Many organizations in Idaho have nurtured the development of the state’s cultural resources. The Idaho Commission on the Arts (ICA), supported by both state funds and National Endowment for the Arts monies, has encouraged artists in many genres and brought their works before the public since 1966. Among its many programs are individual fellowships, apprenticeships, workshops, exhibits, publications, and logistical support for other organizations.
