Redfish Lake - August 2008
Our Redfish Lake Paint Out was a very big success. The weather was perfect and the beauty
of the area is spectacular. We had about 17 Artists participating in this event. Jeff, the
Redfish Lake Lodge manager, is such a wonderful host for our group. This year he requested
that we have Artists paint in front of the Lodge so his clients could observe and enjoy what
we do. That was a good thing for us, because they also came into the Tent where we displayed
all our paintings. As a result, we had one of the biggest sales years since we’ve been at Redfish.
Our Tent Master, Jim Hudson managed all of this for us, and did a fantastic job. Thanks Jim.
We did have some incredible Artists from Eastern Idaho that joined our group this year:
Ovanes Berberian and Ron Cheek. I want to send out much thanks to Jane Hulsey for serving as
event coordinator this year and Jineen Griffith for her help, as well.
